FINICKY is dedicated to teaching you the correct technique, bio-mechanics, posture and alignment in everything you do. Class will include specialty balance and stability work along with core strengthening material that is more challenging then meets the eye. You’ll notice your mind to movement connection and your awareness increasing as this class is equally intended to benefit the mind as it is to benefit the body.
6:00PM MONDAY NZT
REMEDY brings together all of our favorite moves and stretches to relieve tight muscles and stiff joints. This delicious session includes a combination of exercises and rolling techniques to release tension and relieve the annoying aches and pains that slow us down. If you need to chill, de-stress and loosen up you’ll love this class! Be ready for whatever life throws at you by rejuvenating your body and welcoming in the ‘me-time’.
